Jaycees Health Fair - A Healthier You Starts Now!

The Philippine-New York Jaycees, in collaboration with the Philippine Consulate General of New York, is excited to announce the 2009 Community Health Fair to be held on August 30th at the Philippine Center Lobby at 556 Fifth Ave., New York.
On that Sunday, the Philippine Center Lobby will be transformed into a clinic to offer free health services to everyone. Health professionals and organizations will be on site to provide services such as blood pressure readings, body fat measurement, cholesterol test, massage, stress analyzer, chiropractic services, and many more.

The Philippine Consulate will simultaneously be offering consular services such as passport renewal applications, dual citizenship applications, and absentee voting registration. August 30th is the last day to register for Overseas Absentee Voting for those who want to vote in the next Philippine national election.

All services will be offered to the public free of charge.

If you have any questions or if you are a health professional willing to donate your services, please contact project chair Reggie Rosales at 646.642.5077 or via email at rrosales28@aol.com.
