Marching in 2010 Philippine Independence Day Parade

We are ONLY 2 days away from the Philippine Independence Day Parade! Hope you're ready and excited!

Please be advised of the following final details:

For those interested, you can attend:
Flag Raising 9:00am - outside the Philippine Consulate (556 5th Avenue)
Thanksgiving Mass - 9:30am - Kalaayan Hall

Meeting time and spot for Philippine-New York Jaycees Marchers:
Sunday, June 6 - 10am at the corner of 38th Street and Madison Avenue

Attire: Your Philippine-New York Jaycees t-shirt & black pants / skirt
If you are unable to pick-up your t-shirt tonight 9-10pm at Butterfield 8: 5 East 38th Street - you will get your shirt at the meeting spot.
T-shirt cost: $10 Please try your best to bring exact change.

Parade Route: Madison Avenue (moving south) 38th Street to 27th Street

What else should you bring?

• Philippine flags from last year or your personal one
• Camera
• Smiles =)
• Appetite to enjoy the delicious Filipino food at the festival
• AND OF COURSE....YOUR FILIPINO PRIDE!
