The Philippine-New York Jaycees proudly invites you to its 2010 Halloween event -- Rated X: Superheroes vs. Supervillains Halloween Party.

We will supply our guests with free hors d'oeuvres throughout the night. For drinks, the venue will provide a cash bar.

We are offering tickets to members and friends at a discounted price of $20 until October 15, 2010. After that, tickets will be sold at the face amount of $25.
